Overall review of all plot assets, identifying optimum mix usage within the context of Makkah market needs. Recommending hospitality asset class, guestroom sizes and mix, food and beverage outlets, conference and meeting facilities. Recommending workable development strategies for the Project like BTO, BTL, BTS, and JV etc. and proposing a phasing strategy in line with suggest development.
