CHME Hotels was launched in 2016 as a subsidiary of Equinox Ventures Ltd, initially CHME Hotels will launch 4 of the 11 CHOICE brands in the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Equinox Ventures Ltd is a joint venture between Equinox Group Ltd. and Al Tayyar Travel Group, it is providing three services :

Hospitality Consulting and Asset Management
Mega Project Advisory through EQDMS ( Equinox Development Management Services )
Hotel Branding in Full Service, Mid-Market and Extended Stay product of CHOICE International under CHME Hotels.

CHME – Hotels are to draw their main focus on the development and managing of mid-market hotels, mid-market and so economy hotels are in great demand throughout the middle east, where the full service and luxury segment is to be seen to face a saturation in many destinations.

CHME – Hotels is benefitting of the support of the AL TAYYAR Group, which is one of the largest Travel Groups of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 300 offices and 20 international offices, and the outstanding sales distribution channels of CHOICE International. Thus CHME – Hotels will be enabled do drive high occupancies whilst optimizing the rooms – sales profit.
